One suggestion, keep the oranges for the fresh squeezed in the refill so it's chilled and not warm juice. We are at the hospital so it's 6 min away and so convenient. “ A hard 5/5 stars for this place! My absolute favorite diner on LI hands down! Where do I even start? I'm not sure what's better the feeling you get of being family when you're here or how delicious the food is? Each menu item is perfectly made. I usually go for breakfast. But I've seen their lunch and dinner menu and I am DEFINITELY coming back for that. My favorite pancakes on LI for sure. I always go with their banana walnut! I recently tried their cinnamon crunch french toast and they put a fresh fruit mix on top that absolutely melted in my mouth. Little secret, I always ask for their Vermont syrup which to me tastes better! For savory I love their omelettes and breakfast wraps! My favorite omelette is the Athenian which is a feta and spinach omelette that comes with toast and perfectly cooked home fries. I also got to try one of their famous Greek desserts loukamades and forget the lines at the Greek festivals, now I can get it here! Now onto the amazing family that owns this establishment that has been around for 61 years now in Manhasset! It's family owned and the whole family works there! They make you feel like family when you come here. They know your name, they know your order, and that's the reason they are packed and when you look around you see everyone is a regular here! Also, they just remodeled and it's absolutely beautiful inside! This is a 10/10 recommendation!! ”
“ Pretty straightforward experience for a diner. Ambiance was bright, clean and updated. Doesn't look like your regular diner, which is usually dated and dingy. They do have a bar. Here's what we ordered: - eggs over easy with sausage, bacon, ham and pancakes - veggie omelette with home fries and wheat toast - oatmeal with mixed vegetables - black coffee Good food, quick service, and friendly staff. ”
“ We had a great dinner here tonight. Love the family focused atmosphere- Louis the third was at the register (grandson of the owner). The menu is HUGE. They have something for everyone. The quality is spot on! We ordered pretty basic things-lemon chicken soup, mozzarella sticks, Tex mex wrap with fries and the spanakopita with Greek salad. They are very family friendly... we can't wait to come back for more meals! ”
